I'll be running into some money shortly , about 200euro .
I'm looking for suggestions on what to buy .
I'm looking for an aeg , preferably one that can double as an aeg sniper .
I was looking at the M15a4 carbine

Seriously, avoid the sportslines, they aren't really reliable, a lot of people

have had gears and pistons stripped, trigger contect issues, they're just not worth the risk, for an

aeg sniper, maybe go with an M14

Depends what brand ya want, AGM,TM, G&G and CA do them, avoid the CA

    though, no QC whatsoever

All aegs will make a bit of noise, thats why a lot of people don't snipe with

them, the GB turning over will only give ya one shot till your found.

Do you think it would be a good idea for me to customize my l96 as in new spring , new bipod , paintjob and sell it? would it sell?

a jg g3 would do the job id would recomend the ras version as it has about 2 meters of rail space and on semi its very quite and when you put it on full its got a very high rate of fire even with the stock battery

What are D-boys like ? I'm looking at an m4 , and i have to say , it looks pretty nice . Suggestions ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,159 ✭✭✭daz801

ive heard good things about them but iv heard even better about the jg version of the m4
but neither would be a bad choice

a styer aug would probably be your best choice as it can be used for sniping and as an assault rifle

Just in my own opinion I think you should use the ACOGs own mounting system and not the extra carry handle rail.
If you unscrew the rail mount off of the ACOG you'll find its made to slot into the M4/16 carry handle space. Theres even a whole in the site that will allow you to use the front sights of the M4 if necessary. Just looks a bit high up to me, and seeing as how the ACOG was developed with the M4/M16 in mind why not take advantage of that fact.

because im a lard ass and its more comftable to use it like that firstly.

secondly i prefer to use the carry handle to carry it

fourthly .................. there is no forthly

    its down to personal preferance

    like the handgrips

i like the fact that i left them black because i think it looks better / more unique but i have been told "but your wrong" as if taste is not a personal thing
