I'm actually addicted to chocolate. I have to eat it everyday, if i don't eat it i get the shakes and cant think about anything else. i just LOVE it.

I'm not fat or anything, i somehow burn it off ('m 7 1/5 stone and little exercise)
however my skin is getting a little crappy.

I'm just worried that i will get fat once i hit my late 20's or something.
Anyone else have this problem? what have you guys done about it?

    I'm eating M&M's as i type.
    oh god.

Don't eat it, it's that simple. I've found that the less I eat it, the less I crave it, but if I give in and eat some of it then I crave it more.

You made a post about this addiction, so am I correct in assuming you want to stop or at least curb your intake of chocolate? It's difficult to understand if you are serious about this, as whether intentional or not, your post appears to be almost boasting about your appreciation of chocolate.

If so, stop eating it. Like most addictions, it may not be that easy and in that case I'd suggest consulting a nutrionist.

The thing that makes chocolate seem addictive is a chemical(or something similar) within it that reactes with the brain, making people feel happier etc(can't remember the name of it)

Funnily enought the same thing can be found in garden peas. It's much less known and also much healthier for you.

Try having an extra portion of peas with dinner while eating less and less choc day after day. For a while anyway.

Jelly Beans are my own addiction ;)

Go to your doctor. That's not healthy. Your body could be craving sugar as you have insulin problems, e.g. diabetes, or thyroid problems.

Seriously, go to your doctor and get tested. Don't mess with your health.

You must be eating a serious amount to get the shakes!

Just go cold turkey, 3 days without it and you'll be grand. Just. say. NO!!
