When i try to connect to wireless i'm asked for a passphrase:confused:
Would this passphrase have come with my laptop or with my wifi?

Your wifi, who are you with? If it's Eircom, it's on the "Quickstart Guide". Also on the bottom of the router as "WPA Key".

Ya it's eircom i'm with. I hope i still have the quickstart guide.
The router i have is a netopia but i can't find a WPA key anywhere.

Is itthis one? If it is, just turn it over, it's on a sticker on the top right. At least, it is on mine.

Mine is not the same as the one in your link. I just called eircom and they talked me through it, it involved typing numbers into the address bar to get to the wireless config page.
Karl thanks for your help anyway:)
