PES2008 Patch/AFSExplorer for Dummies?

Hey guys, I need some help using AFSExplorer, I have downloaded it along with a patch mentioned in another thread, but due to my being an absolute computer biff, I don't know how to install/run/use any of it! Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am a mong when it comes to computers!!:o
