    Hey all,

I would like to take part in an organised run in Ireland. I am thinking
along the lines of a 10k or a 10m race, although that is flexible. I
know we are coming towards the end of the season but I'd like to catch
one in a month or so.

Do any of you know any suitable races? Don't think the marathon is in me yet.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

November-February would you still get 5k and 10k races around Dublin (or anywhere on the east coast/near to Dublin)?

Id be interested in doing a couple of races over that time period but according to runireland things look pretty barren.

Rathfarnham 5k is a class race, the record is 13.58 by robert connolly
    which is very fast.
I think with 5 weeks to go that 5k would be ideal for a last blast before the big day.

Too close to the start of exams for me, which is a pity because I would have loved to have done this race.

Anyone know the route of the aware 10km in Dec - is it the same as the Great Ireland one?
