Got this:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Yeah, we get random email reports about this, but so far haven't been able to pin it down to anything.

Never experienced it myself either. If it happens again or to anyone else please post as much about how it happened as you can here.
