I need to buy a kit that will test my ph, nitrate, nitrite and ammonia levels in my aquarium.

Anyone know where i can get one in Dublin?

Hi - The best test kits for ph, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are the ones with the re-agents. I wouldn't advise the paper strip ones.
You can get it, as they say, in any good fish shop :-)
I can suggest Aquatic Village in Brittas, Wackers on the Long Mile Road, the Fish Bowl in Lucan, ....
