    Anyone doing this course?Im thinking about doing it next year.Is it a tough course?Im from Tralee so roughly how long a drive is it???

    I don't know anything about the course but google maps says its a 3 and a half hour drive.

    i did the civil course, and the QS end of it nearly made me blow my brains out tbh....hope this doesnt discourage you....

    My wife is a QS, she did it Limerick and said the course was not that bad once you attend alot.

    HI Im a mature student doing building services management and this incorprorates Q.S in 2nd 3rd and 4th year. Im in 3rd year and with regard to the Q.S section, it is only a part of the course and most of it is to do with making up bill of quantities and project management . one thing that might put you off Carlow is that there is only 2 Q.S lecturers here and one is a stickler for projects and for questioning you in class . And yes Tralee is at least three and a half hours
