I am thinking of getting NTL digital ( have analouge ) when i get digital i get a box? that has its own remote control. Do i then need to use two remotes to watch TV, ie tv remote to switch volume and ntl remote to change channel?
Also if i get a PVR is it worth it? is it loud? is the digital box ( without PVR ) loud?

NTL is gone you now get a UPC media box or UPC DVR.

The Media box does not make any noise and the DVR is like Sky PLUS if you have ever seen it.

As regards the controls they are similar to Sky controls they work the Digital and by putting in a code they work you television too.
