Reactivating "+" Features on Sky + Box

Hello all,

I'm just back from a Summer away and I cancelled my Sky + subscription while away. I've reactivated the channels but the recording features haven't returned saying that I should call Sky to upgrade my subscription. I made some enquiries and heard that you can get a technician out to set it up again but was wondering if any of you know what I would need to do if it is simply a matter of changing settings on the box itself?!

recording features should be back after an hour or so.
Give them a buzz to and they can do it over the phone.

Ok, I'll try that again John - cheers.

They said something about a technician having to come out and do it but I wasn't buying that story. I just tried the installer's reset to see if that would work but no joy!

once you are paying a sub.

Included, not free.

It takes a while for the sub to re-activate. You may need to ring them if they think you just have an ordinary Sky Digibox.
