    Hi
    im looking advice, you see i work in a cleaning job for 6 weeks and i didnt want to do it anymore, so i left that job when went back to college, and did a course on ecdl and computised accounts and first aid, i just finish it 4 weeks ago, im doin a nite class on payroll, next week,
    i have been job hunting for the last 4 weeks, and im finding it hard to get into office work, because i havnt any experience in it. i have always want to work in a job like this.
    can anyone help me please..

    Unfortunately it's very difficult to find any type of job at the moment. Only advice is that you should send your CV to all the recruitment agencies. Take whatever job you can get for now until things get better. Good luck:)

    Register to do a FAS course; it's far more productive than being unemployed and job hunting. Do an office work based course and as part of the course you will have to get work experience for a certain period of time. This will get you experience in an office based enviroment and if you pick the right company to do the placement with, you may get a job there.

    thanks for your comments, i was think of doin a CE sheme throught fas, cos a friends if mine was doin one, and she got a job out of it.
    is this a good idea? does any one know aboutCE shemes?

    I know a small amount about these schemes. As far as I knew they are usually based in community centres etc., not the best places to be looking for full time employment. As I said though it is better than signing on and you will get some 'hands on' experience there.
