Can't speak for the other ones but I did cartell and they're giving me free updates on the status of the finance over the phone (there's finance on a car I'm buying but the owner says its being paid so I'm checking with cartell).

www.cartell.ie should do the trick. This is for an Irish car, right?

Actually, cartell will tell you if it's an import, in which case you can run a finance check in the UK as well if required.
