Was summoned to court today over traffic offences. 2 charges agaisnt me are: Failure to produce NCT Certificate and Use of vehicle without NCT Certificate I just want to know what the maximum penalties are for each offence. Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here i go.
Was summoned to court today over traffic offences.
2 charges agaisnt me are:
Failure to produce NCT Certificate and
Use of vehicle without NCT Certificate
I just want to know what the maximum penalties are for each offence.

I have found the road traffic act but doesn't mention anything about current changes ie:the biggest fine is 50 POUNDS.
