Need a cheap wide angle for Canon 400D

Any idea how I can find a cheap wide angle lens for my Cannon 400D? I sort of want it quickly and as cheaply as possible. I like the Sigma 10-22mm but I don't want to pay that much.

I need it for some interior before/after shots of my home.

Any used lens sellers out there? I would like to option to test it on my camera so I would prefer not to do ebay.

    JC

How cheap do you want it, what's your budget? I have a Tokina 12-24mm and it's a fantastic lens for the price (about €350 on ebay).

As far as I know, you can, but you might experience some vignetting at the shorter focal lengths. I'm using it on a 400D myself, and to be honest I rarely use it at the shorter end of the scale.

how about the Tokina 19-35mm wide angle? Are they in any way as good as the 12-22? Haven't used either but seen photos from the 12-22 and look great.

I have no experience with the 19-35mm, but there are some user reviews here. The general consensus seems to be that it's not that sharp unless stopped right down.

I will 100% vouch for the 12-24mm though. It's always on my camera.

lf it's just for the one job you might be able to find a cheap Wide angle converter lens (WC-DC10 for cannon)
