    1 bed in a shared room with a lad going to DCU

    2 beds in a shared room

    House is No. 39 Lower Drumcondra Rd, Drumcondra, Dublin

    Shared with three 2nd year TCD students and one 2nd year DCU student

    15 min walk to O'Connell St.

    Rent is €100 per week and a 40 week letting period

    On the main Drumcondra road - 11, 11A, 16, 16A, 3 - buses go right past

    House has all mod cons except a washing machine.

    Quinns pub is across the road, several shops and take aways within the vicintiy.

    Tesco is 5 mins up the road.

    Update:

    The room with two beds has now been filled. There is still one bed available sharing with a 2nd year DCU student.

    The rent includes bills by the way.
