Issue with Skyplus

    After lots of problems with my old skyplus box ive just got sky to fit a new one..........and wouldnt ya know theres more problems. When I hit record an information msge is popping up telling me recording is not available and i need to upgrade my subscription.

    After speaking to 2 agents at Sky who got me to reset the box and download new system software (which did no good) the third agent told me it was an "account issue" and that he would send off a form to someone else to get it sorted. Ive waited the 48hrs he advised and its still the same. Has anyone had this before?

    That problem sounds like it's at Sky's end. As you were told, it's an account issue, it seems as though the "plus" features needs to be added to your account.

    Ring them again, I reckon.

    Yeah after 3 more calls and alot of hassle, i finally got someone who realised the issue and managed to get the Skyplus subscription active on me account. Iwas begining to think it was faulty box.
