You can't get legal advice here.

He should talk to a solicitor and do up an apology and be prepared to make a donation to charity. Sobriety between now and then and an alcohol awareness course might not go astray either.

Dress well, bring parents and solicitor, don't fidget, speak when spoken to (unless the solicitor advises otherwise), apologise. His solicitor should be able to advise on what will happen on the day.

Bring a wheelin bin into court early before the judge arrives.Get you mate to hide inside the wheelie bin. The just leave it in the corner of the room nearest the judge.

Then when the judge calls his case wheel the bin in front of the judge and claim that the prosecutions cases is rubbish and let your friend give evidence through the wheelie bin.

The judge will be so entertained he will wave his hand like grand sultan and pardon your friend.

    I'm locking this thread.

I am not impressed by the Wheelie Bin post. It's noted.
