    Hello All...

I recently got the chance to add a few of these to my small collection, some copies of 'Der Adler' (a paper relating specifically to the Luftwaffe), and some issues of 'Die Wehrmacht'.
All in good condition for their age, with some fascinating illustrations and photographs. These are all the German versions - they were also printed in French and I believe in Dutch aswell. I just wish my understanding of German was better than it is!
They also make a great display when framed, I have two issues framed and on display: one with Luftwaffe ace Mölders, and the other with an Eastern Front Ground Trooper.

Der Adler, 4th July 1944 (Rommel)

Der Adler, 27th May, 1941 (Luftwaffe Pilot)

Der Adler, 13th May, 1941 (Bf-110's over Mt. Olympus)

Der Adler, 19th August, 1941 (Stukas attacking Soviet Tanks)

Die Wehrmacht, 25th March, 1942 (Luftwaffe Anti-Aircraft Gun)

Die Wehrmacht, 22 April, 1942 (Hitler birthday with Göring)

Die Wehrmacht, 20th November, 1940 (Generalfeldmarschall Von Brauchitsch)

    wehr3kw2.th.jpg

Die Wehrmacht, 25th February, 1942 (U-Boat leaving bunker on Atlantic Coast)

And finally, a picture showing the two framed issues...

    They look very interesting.

There was also a spanish language version of Der Adler for Spain & Portugal btw.

I always find the adverts fascinating as well as the articles - lots of ads for cameras & film rolls alongside Focke-Wulf & Dornier, Nordland etc

Also the photos in them tend to be top notch and most have never been re-published. Congrats on the purchases.

    Thanks Morlar,

Yes, the advertisments are great!, it's interesting to see that many of the firms are still in existance today...
BMW, Agfa, Bayer, Faber-Castell, Walther, Hohner, Dr. Oetker, Kodak etc.

And I thought my room was scary! :p

I got a few wartime publications not too long back too, but they are British from WW1, really interesting to read articles that were actually printed during wartime.

Ok, I have to ask you, is that a de-ac or replica AK? What about that C-96 and the revolver?? :D

Good eye! the only one you missed was the luger! ;)
Alas, all are replicas. I used to collect them years ago and these are the only ones left. I spent years looking for a decent AK until that one came along. The powers that be refused downright to give me permission to import a de-act version.
