I somehow don't think the BBC will be worried :)

    Not in HD either.

Well they shouldn't be - they are the British Broadcasting Corporation after all and shouldn't be concerned about another territory

Once again RTE are slow to actually realise what a popular show Heroes is *clap* *clap*

I still like my heroes t-shirt I won off Channel 6 during Season 1 :D

I'd say its more that RTE arent willing to spend money on anything these days. Who needs quality shows that cost money when you can throw together some ****ty irish programs for 1/5 the cost.

Does anyone know if Channel 6 are showing the full 3 hours on the 29th?
On the site it only mentions the one hour prequel and that S3 starts properly at 9:30.

Whoop whoop EXCELENT stuff :) Dont have BBC and was just wondering how i was gonna get hold of series 3, no more streamin or downloads now...

Channel 6 is actually becoming a decent station these days, some quality shows like family guy, american dad etc.. usually the same stuff as BBC..

How can you not have BBC if you have Channel 6?

They did dodge, although they were behind sci-fi when they had season 1.

Just saw an ad for it there on Channel 6 - they've changed the schedule for tonight (Monday 29th/9) so that the countdown is at nine and I guess that makes the 1st episode of season 3 at 10, can't wait to see it!

... and whatabout Prison Break, Desperate Housewives, CSI, Grey's Anatomy, ER etc ???????

It is cheaper for RTE to actually import programmes, but seeing they are our national broadcaster - i would assume their main aim really is to produce Irish programmes.
