    Hi all, I am looking for a little bit of advice - i am preparing a letter to the adoption agency at present regarding recieving my non-identifying information but am not 100% sure of the information i need to include i know the obvious like my date of birth and my adoptive parents name and address but is there any thing else im missing out.

    well I was adopted also but never went through this - can you give them a call and ask them for advise as to what to include - might save time in the long run?

    copy of original adoption cert might be one thing? Sorry not a lot of help here but going to source quickest option.

    hi lilyrose,
    all the info you need to give them is your date of birth, your name, your adoptive parents name and where they where living at the time of your adoption, i was also asked to send in a copy of my adoption cert (thats what us adopted people have instead of a birthcert)
