Grass cutting hire in Laois, Kildare?

just searching on net but can not fine any place to hire some grass cutting tool for normal size garden, are they expensive to buy? if i have to buy i would like to buy non electric and no patrol i mean just manual one would be my choice can some one please through some light on this????
