    my friend had to cancel a very expensive long trip due to the death of a parent... very terrible time
    this happened about 7 months ago
    she was covered by insurance but all they keep doin is asking her to fill out the same form over and over again! she sends it back and they send her a blank copy again to fill, she has sent of a death cert and everythn
    they are completely fobbing her off!
    any advice for her?
    or any place she could complain 2?
