I have an Ibanez S470 electric but im getting into a lot of acoustic music too so I would love to get a half decent acoustic...

Something in the 150-300 euro region... I was looking at an Ibanez V72ECE for around 160 euro but the price seems to good to be true and i have heard reports of Ibanez acoustics having ****ty build quality...

    Any recommendations? thanks!

Seagull S6. I wouldn't look at any acoustic guitar with electronics in the cheap price range or a coloured one either (that's just to hide the crap wood used).

Where i would normally recommend a Yamaha FG style acoustic i beg to differ this time. My dad recently got it into his head that he wanted an Avalon acoustic. I had never heard of them...turns out they are an Irish company just outside Belfast. We took the trip north and we tried out a few in the place where they make them. I was pleasantly surprised. We made a purchase...got a good deal. 250 Euro got him a fab guitar. Everytime i pick it up i am amazed at the tone from this thing. Something to consider...nice bunch of lads up there too. :)

The low priced Avalons are made by Cort, though I thought they stopped this year.

BTW, this is in no way a bad thing, Cort's are huge quaity for the price and ghost manufacture for Squier, Fender, Lakland, G&L, Conklin, Elrick, Curbow, Ibanez and many more brands.
