Well the post title says it all really I guess! I'm helping out on the production of an RTE funded short film which is to be filmed in Cork over the next month or two. One scene is set in a taxidermist's shop and we're looking for as many taxidermied animals as possible to fill the shop! So if anyone has any that they would be willing to lend, or if ye have any suggestions about we're we could find some, that would be great!
    Thanks!

The National History Museem is being renovated at the minute, you could try there, they might have some stock that they are not using at the minute, worth a try.

I'm a part-time taxidermist (do it as a hobby mostly), registered with NPWS, and have over 30 specimens at the moment.

There are no exotic species though....all Irish ....also some English .....Jay, 3 stoats & 2 weasels (got them from gamekeeper there)

You are more than welcome to collect & use them, as long as I get them back when finished.

    PM me if interested.
