    Hi guys, recently moved house, and now we can get only up to 1mb according to the guys at eircom. just seeing if anyone else has the same problem, and what is the connection like on it if your on it?

    Its like 1MB basically, obviously not as fast but it'll do the job when compared to ISDN or 56K, its all down to line quality and distance from the exchange so if thats all you can get thats unlikely going to change unless:
    1 you move closer to exchange
    2 line quality improves

    yeah im just worried about the UP to bit. i think distance may be a problem. i dont really want to pay out so much for a poor connection.
