Buying 3v credit while waiting for card to arrive

I registered with 3V and now I'm waiting for my card to arrive. Is it possible though to buy 3V credit without the card while I'm waiting for it? I wanna buy something that might be gone soon...so its important.

You can get credit put onto your voucher if you do not have your card... as long as you know your card number.
