    Hey All,

Can anyone tell me what the legal stance would if be if an individual were to give out free alcohol at an unlicensed music venue.

Would it be possible to set up a system where patrons would purchase there ticket for the gig at the door which would grant them a number of free alcoholic beverages which they could order at the bar.

I realise this looks like a shebeen but patrons are paying to see the bands not for the alcohol. The only other option is BYOB but that could be hard to police.

    Thoughts??

I'm sorry, you can't seek legal advice here.

Talk to a solicitor if you need advice on licensing law.
