Help: We need to rent a house/flat from the 6th of November in Cork

    Hi!

We're a nice Hungarian family (mom+dad with a 3yrs old son). We have our own flat and decent jobs in Budapest, but we're moving to Cork on the 6th of November to continue our lives there. Since we have our own flat, we don't have a reference from a former Hungarian Landlord. Also, we'll start getting jobs once we're there. Since many Landlords require references, we may have trouble with house rental. We have a decent amount of money, so paying the deposit+rental is not a problem for us until we find jobs. (IT/Programmer/Developer + French/English speaking account analyst)

We need to move in on the 6th of November. We're interested in all kinds of solutions (long term or short term).
If you have a house or flat in or near to Cork city, please write here or contact us in email: need4sid@yahoo.com

Thanks for any kind of help.

    Sanyi

This is the biggest website for rentals (letting) in Ireland. www.daft.ie A lot of letting (rental) agencies advertise here. If you contact one of these in Cork they should be able to find you a place.

Our problem is that they require references from a former Landlord and from an Irish employer). We don't have these things, as we're just arriving to Ireland. We can get jobs after we arrive there, not before.

That's why I need a private person who only cares about the deposit and the monthly rental fees. We're reliable payers of course.
