I'm looking for some decent scrap yards in dublin/meath/kildare kind of area for some parts to pick up.

I've been out to kilcock scrap yard and seen a few things of interest.

Any other scrap yards worth a look?

Enfield - its large but its nowhere near as laid out as Kilcock is and its far, far muckier if its wet. On the old N4 (R148).

Theres also a few down along the Greenhills Road and near the Red Cow which get mentioned all the time here but I've never used any of them

call traynors up north, they'll search there scrap yards for you and if they dont have the part they'll get you a new spurious part, they deliver and do cash on delivery too! couldnt believe the price difference for parts from them after shopping around

There is one off the n2 heading towards duleek in meath. Take a right at the Snailbox pub entrance on the n2 heading towards duleek, drogheda and it is about 3 miles on your left.

    +1 for traynors.
Stock is computerised so they can tell you on the phone if they have what you're looking for.
They have collection points around dublin and will COD parts.

Just got off the phone to Trainors in the North. £15 for a body coloured electric drivers side wing mirror...compared to the cheapest (€50) I was quoted from the Republic.
