I'm a fan. Great cars, the older the better. I came very close to buying an orange Dyane a year or two ago - ended up with Citroen GS instead.

Best ever was a 2cv based motorbike - made entirely of 2cv parts.

The "ripple bonnet" 2CV;s with suicide doors were cool, some of the later models were rubbish.

But the "coolest 2CV" award goes to the "Sahara"

Two engines ..one in the front, one in the back ...4WD with a difference

Thanks guys. I would really like to get these photos up. I took them in a 2CV specialist garage on the road between Narbonne and Signean, he had the most amazing collection of spares and cars/vans 2CV enthusiasts wet dream. Spotted him and had to turn around thought i would of come across some DS/ID but to no avail. They are more up my street. DS20 i live local enough to you, i've seen your collection, whilst out walking the dog, fantastic looking. But i still don't know how to load the photos HELP PLEASE & Thanks

The Mehari has always been my favourite - The Irish army used to have a good few of them. Makes me think. Why are we spending money on an army? :D

This is the first of twelve purchased by the Defence Forces and all came with 24volt electrics.
