We took a break over the summer, but we're starting the Gracie Basics course back up from next Tuesday the 23rd September

Gracie Basics 8 week course

Start date: Any Tuesday evening
Location: St Josephs Primary School, Fairview, D3
Time: 8.00 - 9.00pm

Perfect for absolute beginners.... if you're just interested to see what BJJ is all about..... or just want to go over the basics again.

You can sign up and join in any Tuesday and train for for 8 weeks.... all you need are track pants and a tshirt

Nope....and no one teaching with only a few hours experience of BJJ either!

all the Gracie Basics classes are taught by blue belts.... blue belts earned with blood, sweat and mat burns

How much does it cost, is the junior school around the corner from the secondary school, and are their showers?

Yep, it's in the primary school, in through the main gate and turn right.
It's 80 euro for the 8 week course and yes theres a shower.

Sorry to keep throwing questions at you, but a mate of mine is interested as well but does shift work, could he just pay a tenner whenever he can turn up? (probably 2 out of every 3 tuesdays)
