    I'll go out on a limb here and say if you drink coffee from a broken lens you'll probably die, especially if its a Nikon ;)

    Hmm, actually lots of those Starbucks type travel mugs can be taken apart if you screw off the bottom so you could use it to build your own lens mug replacing the outer case with a lens :)

    But think of how cool I'd look going into Starbucks, and ordering a coffee that takes three minutes to say, before sitting down with my Macbook Pro and drinking from a lens.

    Worth dying for.

    The reaction to this on several gadget blogs has been overwhelmingly positive. I wouldn't be surprised if it did make it into production. I know I'd have one. Or two!
