Yep, I think it has to do with which server the video you want to watch is on, for example for me any video on their youtube servers is fine but any video on the google ones and it just will not play.

Clear and concise.
Also remember the time of you trying to play it. For example, in the early morning here at this side of the world, the majority of America is still in their beds thus servers are not as much being strained by connections. The later in the day you try, the more chance your fighting for bandwidth with others more so.

This has been a common problem for the last few months.There's a thread on it here.I use video accelerator freeware and this seems to do the trick
