On Sunday night,I got paralytic on free beer after a festival and ended up acting like a big groupie with my mates band, throwing myself at the drummer and getting sick in my mates sink.

I was so embarrassed and now the band think I'm a big stalker and groupie.(I have way to much respect for myslef to sleep with someone just cause they are in a band) I am in a long term relationship and thank God I managed to stop myself from getting off with the drummer! But now my mate(also in the band) thinks i'm a right twat and yes I behaved like one but I don't want that to be my reputation.

What should I do. Should I lay off and not talk to any of them for a while?I

Is that the first time you acted like that around your mate? How do you know what the band think?

Try talking to your mate about what happened. It it was a once off then there's no reason for you to get a reputation over it. Its probably far bigger in your mind than in any of theirs.

Apologise for getting so drunk and making a fool of yourself then keep the head down for a bit. In time, just chat normally to them if you see them and lay off the booze a bit! :D

It happens to the best of us and most people understand this.

I'd be more concerned about the fact that you tried to cheat on your partneer than wha tthe band think to be honest.

allow time to pass. This is only a big deal because it's recent. You're not the first person to make a fool of themselves drunk, and you won't be the last. It happens.
