I can see the date of the original post is well in the past. So I believe you have found the tenant by now.
I am viewing apts in Riversdale now. As I have never come across such electrical heating system as there my question would be IS IT EXPENSIVE? Do you know what do the ESB bills of people living in those apartments come up to now?
