How to stop Skype trying to dial up 3G connection

I have my o2 mobile broadband modem set up on my laptop. When Im using my wifi at home however, Skype tries to dial up the o2 modem connection regardless. Its a skype window that pops up with the details of the 3G modem and an option to connect to it. How can I stop this happening?

Is it trying to dial up or is it requesting to use skype. In Skype you can try going to Tools>Options>Advanced Settings>Down at the bottom there is "Manage other programs access to Skype". If it is in there you can disable access to it.
