Entries are closed on the London Marathon website but i'm just wondering if there is any other way to get entry for 2009? Would being a member of a running club be an benifit or have i missed the boat this year??

Info on the various categories of entries are available on the london marathon website
    http://www.london-marathon.co.uk/site/?pageID=2&submenu=13

    charity places (grrgh)
    oversees entries - ballot closed
championships places - must be member of uk club
club entries - again UK clubs only
good for age - also closed

    Doesn't look good for 2009 I'm afraid.

There are lots of other great races out there. Have a look at marathonguide.com to see if anything catches your fancy.
