    I am doing a 20 minute presentation on the R4 card for the DS for college and while I looked into it when it first appeared I haven't really followed it since, So I was wondering if people could help me out with pointing me in the direction of informative websites about it, articles or reviews of it and even articles or the likes on the legal issues involved.

    just generally if i can get pointed to as much info as possible and get all the things it can do pointed out and how to do them would be great.

    R4 is just one brand of card - Nintendo Storage Device or Flash Carts might be a more accurate topic.

    Anyway, Wikipedia is a good starting point.

    yeh i know its just one brand but just going to concentrate on the r4 for the presentation. I have read through most of the wikipedia stuff already

    Thanks for the info guys have to do a show and tell now so was wondering if anyone could let me know where I would get an R4 within the month?

    Theres a google ad at the top of this page, though can't vouch for it.

    www.volumerate.com is another. I didn't buy from them but I know others who did and found them reliable. You are looking at about 2 weeks.

    www.focalprice.com sell them also. If you look at the bargain alerts section of this forum you will see a thread on it. Its a new site.

    You will need a micro sd or micro sdhc card also and some of the sites don't sell them with the r4 so make sure to order one. The older r4s take the micro sd but I think the newer ones take micro sdhc.

    The latest update for the r4 is v1.18. The 1.19 that is doing the rounds is for the clones only.
