2 weeks for viewing card

Trying to call sky. Ordered HD and meant to get viewing card 2 weeks ago but I havent received it yet. Now I can't get through to 0818 719 819 seems like there lines are down. Has anyone else taken this long to get their card? Is there any other number to call? Cheers, Tip.
