    Hi, I have real player installed on my MacBook Pro- when I go onto the RTE website all their media is viewed the RP but it wont recognize its installed- when I try to install it through the free link on the website I download it then when I try to open it it says- file not recognized!! any ideas??

    i have consistently found that the links are fubar'd!!

    May or may not be of use to you - I use windows media player for RTE streaming (*shame*....but i find it better quality than realplayer) - anyway, I extracted the propoer URLs from the messed up ASFs.

    Stick these into the open URL dialog and you're rocking!

    Hi, sorry im not with you, say I want to listen watch any of the media on their site how exactly do I play i through another player- i.e. quicktime, vlc, divX, etc, I dont have windows media player,

    Go to this page and download v10 of Realplayer for OS X. Realplayer is garbage so you'll still have problems with it but v11 is a joke.

    Almost everything on RTE.ie except live radio is Realplayer only. And you can't watch it with quicktime, vlc, etc. Only via the Realplayer app or browser plug-in.

    What browser are you using btw?
