Can someone tell me what the story is with this network? (Irisheyes/DevilFish)

I didn't get charged on my first withdrawal, but now they want €10 every time I withdraw regardless of the withdrawal method or the amount.

    Is this the norm?

Yea i was going to post the same gripe.Apparently on devilfish its 10 euro if you make more than 1 withdrawel within a 30 day period ie first is free and 10 euro for all subsequent transfers within 30 days of that transaction.

you can use your vip points to cover the cost. Alot of sites may start charging for the transfer of funds in the future

All sites on the Entraction Network get charged withdrawal fees by the network and we just pass them on - zero margin.

As a nice gesture and to give boardsies yet another reason to play with your friendly neighbourhood Devilfish - from now, within reason - we'll cover withdrawal fees and credit them to your account. Just drop me a PM with your username when you've made one.

    bank withdrawals are indeed free.

Ya it used to be 10euro or 800 points (320euro worth of rake) if you withdraw more than once per month.

It's down to 200 points now which is reasonable enough.

What's with all the entraction players? Do you guys think you're some kind of Scandanavians or something?

    Entraction is the suck!

200 VIPs is still worth €10 to me.

Anyway DevilFish agree to cover the costs so fair paly. It makes a fair difference if you're withdrawing every week.

What do you mean? Can you trade in points for cash or something? I thought they are worthless and just use them to keep track of rake paid.

EDIT: Ya i get what you are on about but if you are withdrawing every week then you must be playing enough to be earning far more than 200 points a week and so it should be a non issue, unless you play one 1k HU Stt a week or something.

You can trade VIPs straight for cash. 200 VIPs is €10 to me. The option is somewhere in the Cashier menu.

From Oct you can use VIP points to buyin to SnGs too.

As for withdrawl fee refunds - anyone wishing to claim back after a withdrawal - please email hellfire -at- devilfish.com rather than PM me so it goes to the team and will be credited to your player account faster.

It just seems to move the points between 'Cashier VIP point balance' and 'Poker VIP point balance'?

How do you change it into cash?
