    so, we have 5 astro friendlies played and are as yet, unbeaten. Nice spread of goals, with Arts Hat trick tonight putting him on 6 now.9 different players have already scored, plus an O.G.

    we have made alot of silly mistakes for goals,as a team. but we are learning from them and at least we are making them now and not 2 weeks time. switched off tonight for corner and got caught on the break for the 2nd, they also could have had 2 more. but oveall, did ok.

    V Ians Work - 2-2 (O.G, Simon)
    V Ians Work - 3-3 ( Art, Lepo, Keith)
    V CPI Morters - 2-1 (Ed, Conor)
    V NUIL - 5-2. (Art 3, Peter, Larry)

    We also played a grass friendly, tho we did only have 9 of our squad and lost 4-2 V Beechlawn (Larry, Derek).

    so, here is who has played over the last 5 weeks, though it has to be noted, that we do have 3 bad injuries and other lads have work commitments etc.. I have the grass game in brackets for the 9 that played that day. some players have played in all 6 games which is good, even being at 5 is great stuff. I hope this is correct and I hope I aint left anybody out!!!

    here is a update, should give a good idea of where we are at the minute. overall, 7 games and no defeat and we always had a decent team out. we have added about 8 new players to the squad and its going to be tough for des and mikie to pick it. overall, very good preseason, but the real work starts now in all fairness.
