deregistered ebay seller

    hey guys
    i bought a 32gb flash key for 40euro deivered n all, after winning it in a auction on ebay

    i have not received it yet, and its a little overdue.
    i checked 'my ebay' section today, to find that the seller had since deregistered.

    im not really sure if the memory key will arive.
    is there a way of getting the 40euro back?
    i paid through paypal.

    Start a Paypal claim immediately.

    hey Ed,

    just incase your not familiar with the process, go to your PayPal account, up the top right hand side of your screen you'll see a Resolution Centre tab, click that.

    then open a "item not received" dispute.
