I would start by looking at who will play every match.

    Europe
Padraig, Sergio, Westwood are 3 won will defo play 5 games.

    USA
    Phil, Gonzo

So there is a start for you

Well as already said go with those who are most likely to play every match.

    I'd start with Garcia.

Garcia hasn't a great Singles record, so for that reason I would go with Westwood to be top points scorer for Europe.

The greens are going to run really fast this week, therefore I'd tend to go with someone who is good with the blade being top of the points list come Sunday evening. Stewart Cink is someone who impressed when beating Garcia 4&3 in the singles in the K-Club....his putter was hot that day.

Darren Clarke surely, only an idiot would think something else!!

What? What wild card.... no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Karlsson is a good bet outisde the usual 3 mentioned... Also good outside bet on Darren when someone calls in sick and he flies out to the rescue...

    It will happen.. Won't it?

I think Westwood is coming bang into form. If I was abetting man it would be him.
Just been watching SS build up to the Ryder Cup and to think Clarkey's not involved is a monumental travesty.
Faldo could really live to rue bringing Poulter imo.

I think its going to be either Westwood, Cink or Curtis. Curtis is an outside bet as he might not play in all sessions but he is a good putter and is proven in pressurised situations.

Think Martin Kaymer is the sub on standby if someone gets sick or injured between now and Friday!

Garcia, Harrington, Westwood, Mickelson would be the obvious choices for highest points scorers, as at this stage they are the only ones guaranteed (or almost) to play 5 games. Out of those, Westwood is the longest odds, so he's the one I'm betting on.

Garcia has by far the best record of anyone, on either team. I'm going for him.
Westy has a good record to.

I'll go for Garica as he has had a good long season, been consistent for the majority and is playing with confidence. People will mention the PGA but the fact that he was up there again shows.
