    hey, we've a full band started and a few songs written, all kind of metal but with a groove twist, iam afraid we've no recordings in recent times, only something of what my old band sounded like ( one song there called Try It might give u some idea, even tho its alot softer and slower then what we're going for now!) www.myspace.com/lightwork1
