Waiting for a Plumber!

Just wondering what is the longest anybody has waited for a plumber to come and service the central heating/stove?

Having previously experienced a long wait over very cold winter months I decided to put in my request for a service at the end of June..............

I have got phone calls saying, yes, "I will be able to do the job, say, next Monday" - I have got at least 10 of these phone calls.

It is now September and I`m still waiting..............

Granted I live in a country town and this guy has to travel 20 miles. However, he was the guy who was commissioned to put in the stove so I have no choice.............

A bit frustrating, to say the least!!!

That level of service is rediculous...
Remember who the customer is here....

This is the guy you'll probably ring iof you have a brakdown in the winter... waiting weeks isn't an option...

You should be able to ring plenty of heating engineers/servicemen who would be happy to give a good service...
