Hey question about my Philips DVP3005. It has component outputs (I assume these are needed fro the progressive scan aspect?). Where can you get these in Dublin or online cheap? i.e. Component to component with 5 plugs on each end.

Just buy any old phono to phono (rca) cables. Component is just picture and is 3 cables - Red, Green with synch, and Blue. 2 more phono cables for audio makes the five. Try Powercity or wherever for a 3 way phono and a 2 way phono cable.
Don't be tempted to spend loads on overpriced cables in nice packaging that make no difference like Monster cables. Spend €20 max, but you'll probably buy it for under a tenner.
