Getting letter from UCD.

Hi, I'm registering for my postgraduate course next Monday and I was told I need a copy of my degree parchment. As I don't graduate till December I'm going to have to ask UCD for a letter confirming my results plus conferral date. Does anyone know who I contact in UCD about this? Thanks.

I had to go through the same ringramole!

If you want a letter stating end of results and date of conferral, go to the Admissions/Registry buiding. Might be packed at this time though.

You can fill out the form in PDF form from here: http://www.ucd.ie/registry/studentdesk/documents/Certificate%20of%20Attendance%20Form.pdf


Just hand it in and they whip it up for you and give it the official seal of approval. Though photocopy it a few times! I had to go in twice, cause mine got lost before

UCD have a digital documents system too which lets people securely give employers and others their credentials https://digidoc.ucd.ie/verifier/index.html. I'm not sure whether your course will accept it or not.
