Roaming in Central America with 3

I'm going to cetnral America in a couple of weeks and I was looking at the 3 website. I'll be traveling through Mexico, Belize and Honduras. 3 only seems to have roaming agreements in Mexico. Is there any alternatives from 3? Do the other networks have roaming in these countries if I was just to buy a sim card and put a…

I know I can just use pay phones but I'd like the mobile just incase
