Good Military Museums in New York City?

Right so, I've heard about the one with the USS Intrepid, with a concord on it, and a submarine nearby, but is there any other museums that show off some nice hardware?

Unfortunately the last remaining Go-229 (Nazi Stealth Bomber) is kept disassembled in storage somewhere in Maryland, far far away from New York, but surely there are some nice aye candy in and around New York?

Going over there for a week on Thursday.

I think Intrepid is pretty much it, that I can recall. NYC is not a city particularly rich in military heritage and tradition.

Think the Intrepid may well be pretty much it, but according the the site she isn't going to be back on display for a while yet
